VPN Client - Redirect App Possible?

Hi, I am trying to find out if this is possible.

I set up a VPN client on my router (running Asuswrt-Merlin). Is it possible to set up an application on my PC to always run through the WAN and not the VPN? For example, I have multiple browsers (Brave, Edge, Chrome, Firefox) on my PC. I would like all traffic to go through the VPN EXCEPT when I am using Chrome. When I am using Chrome on this PC, I would like the traffic to go through the WAN.

Is this possible? If so, how would I go about setting it up?

Thanks

No. The router has no way of differentiating between traffic generated by different applications.

I would run the VPN client on the PC and use the PC's app to split the traffic by application. You'd likely get better performance running the VPN on the PC anyway.

NordVPN example for Edge (I don't have Chrome installed):
